<strong>1. Eat Well</strong><br />

When using cardiovascular exercise to stay in shape, there are several key things to remember. Cardiovascular exercise is any form of workout that requires prolonged exertion – such as running or cycling – this is what forces the body to start looking for supplies of energy and that means an increased heart rate to move the oxygen and glucose around. You should work out in this way for around 30 minutes at a time – and anything less than 10 won’t have any real effect on your physical fitness. Any small amount of CV will be a marked improvement if you currently aren’t doing any at all, but as a rule it’s best to do at least three sessions a week to start noticing the improvements to your health.<br />

<p>While this is true however, it’s also possible in some cases for exercise to be a little too strenuous as you reach older age. As such you need to take several precautions to avoid it taking its toll. Here we will look at what some of those are.</p>
<p>Lower Impact: Running on the treadmill or around your local area is a great form of CV, but as you get older it can be somewhat rough on the body. This is due to the impact created each time your foot hits the tarmac or the rubber which sends shockwaves through your body and particularly to your joints. As we get older the cartilage in our knees and elsewhere starts to wear down and this makes us more prone to pains in those areas and stiffer movement. </p>
<p>Lower impact forms of exercise include swimming which actually causes no stress on the joints and which can help to tone all the muscles in the body, and using other machines such as the rowing machines, cycling etc.<br />
Monitor Your Heart Rate: If you are new to CV workouts, and you have had a largely sedentary lifestyle until now, then your heart may be relatively week (conditions such as high cholesterol can also contribute to this by making its job harder). To then suddenly push yourself to an extreme level with intensive exercise is therefore ill-advised as it can lead to a heart attack. To avoid this you need to monitor your heart rate and your breathing and to keep a watchful eye on your body. Some CV machines come with a built-in heart rate monitor which can help you to stay within the normal limits, but you can also monitor your heart rate yourself by simply listening and feeling for it.</p>

There are good and bad points to using weight loss supplements. One of the bad points is that once you stop taking them you gain everything back that you lost to begin with.</p>
<p>Most doctors will tell you that weight loss supplements are not necessary and that only a good controlled diet along with daily exercise is the only thing one needs to lose weight. This is true. however with today&#8217;s working society with 2 parents working and trying to raise children at the same time who has time for exercise? Who has time to plan good nutritional meals?</p>
<p>I know first hand what this is all about. My wife is probably around 60 pounds over weight. Now before we go any further I would just like to say that I love her just as much now as I did when we first met. Her weight does not bother me. She is a beautiful person both inside and out. But I know inside she is hurting. And for the last several years she has struggled with her weight almost daily. And the biggest problem as I mentioned above is time. Time to prepare good quality nutritious meals both for her self and the children. Time to do sufficient exercise in order to burn off calories.Our schedule is chaotic to say the least. She works from 9:00 AM till 5:00 PM. I work from 3:30 PM till 12:00 AM . When I&#8217;m not with the kids she is with the kids. Only on weekends do the kids have both parents home at the same time.</p>

<p>I have about ten blogs that I read every day. Most of them are funny, at least most of the time. A couple of them are more practical, relating to recipes/home maintenance, etc. The funny ones, though, are the ones that get me through the day. I love to check in to see what my favorite writers have posted, and most of them can pull me out of a funky mood in two seconds flat. That being said, reading them on my smart phone is just not the same. There’s so much scrolling, and zooming, and it’s just kind of a lot of work in general. I didn’t know there was another option until I stumbled upon a new service (well, new to me, I should say) the other day. I was doing some general research online to find a new internet provider, and I ran in to a link for <a href="http://www.wirelessinternet.net/local/Kansas/S/Shawnee-wireless-internet.html" class="aga aga_29" target="_blank">Shawnee clear wireless internet</a>. I checked it out because what is not to love about internet that you can take wherever you go? After doing some clicking around, I decided this was a definite must have for me. It’s the coolest thing ever—I can get away from the office on my lunch break, sit in the courtyard at my office, and read all of my blogs! I’m always so much more refreshed to go back to work after my (too short!) hour is over. It’s pretty great.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>When I <a href="http://beatingsmoking.com/" class="aga aga_31">quit smoking</a> it was the hardest thing I ever did. I literally had to lock myself up in my own house for a 3-day weekend and tough it out. I just wasn&#8217;t in a mood to be around other people. Frist, I threw away all the cigarettes I owned so that there were none within reach. </p>
<p>I had lots of physical withdrawal symptoms stomach cramps, headache, nervousness and anxiety.  I ate lots of ice cream and watched old movies all weekend to keep my mind off of wanting a cigarette.</p>
<p>But the first 3 days of physical withdrawal were only the start, I broke it down into not smoking today to not smoking for week, not smoking for 2 weeks, and not smoking for 3 weeks before the anxiety and strong desire to smoke began to back off. Knowing that if I made it three weeks that things would get better helped me a lot.   Also, I used lollipops as a cigarette substitute.  Having something in my mouth to suck on really helped me make the transition form smoker to non-smoker.</p>
<p>Quitting smoking is the best thing I ever did for myself and hard as it was, it really was worth it! </p>
